Film plastic masterbatch dispersing slip agent anti-blocking agent

Used as a lubricant, brightener, slip agent, anti-blocking agent, and release agent in plastics, and as an anti-static agent for cellophane. This product is suitable as an internal and external lubricant for TPU, ABS, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate, and phenolic resin; particularly suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene films. It can be used as a pigment grinding agent and pigment dispersant, as well as a polyamide wax coupling agent. It improves the compatibility and thermal aging stability of talc-filled polypropylene. 

This product has lubricating properties and can enhance the performance of crayons, petroleum products, inks, asphalt, metals, and textiles. As a release agent, it can be used for thermoplastic resins in injection molding. It serves as a defoamer and waterproofing component in both industrial and household applications. As a corrosion inhibitor, it forms an adsorption film on metal surfaces to protect them. It also improves the compatibility of waxes and resins, such as being used as a blending agent for floor wax and shoe polish. This product is used in adhesive tapes to maintain slip and prevent blocking. It can be used in coatings, enamels, varnishes, and lacquers to enhance chemical resistance. It is also used to produce oils and greases that improve friction performance, such as tractor lubricants and industrial greases. It serves as an intermediate for textile emulsifiers, softeners, and durable waterproofing agents, as well as a foam stabilizer for household detergents. This product can also act as a defoamer in the paper industry for acetate black liquor treatment, fabric dyeing, and latex systems. It is suitable for use in food packaging materials. 

In masterbatch production, it functions as a brightener and dispersant; the addition amount is 0.5–2%.
